What is the “Trip to Korea” Program?
PROGRAM
Hosted by the IYF, Trip to Korea is a cultural retreat for international fans of Korean culture. Participants explore Korean culture, tourist sites, and cuisine, while engaging in leadership development and global cultural interaction. The first week features the IYF World Camp with participants from over 50 countries, and the second week includes tours of exciting venues in South Korea.

The International Youth Fellowship (IYF) is a global nonprofit dedicated to developing next-generation leaders through Christian-based spiritual development and cultural exchange. With over 40 branches in North America, IYF hosts events and programs that build community, foster connections across cultures, provide support to those in need, and promote servant leadership through volunteer opportunities.

IYF World Camp (Busan) 7/12 - 7/15
PROGRAM
The World Camp unites young leaders from over 50 countries, fostering spiritual growth, cross-cultural understanding, and servant leadership through cultural performances, lectures, tours, and team- building challenges.

World Culture Expo
A global village where university volunteers from over 80 countries showcase the diverse cultures they’ve experienced abroad. Enjoy a vibrant celebration of world cultures in one place, brought to life by overseas volunteers sharing hope and fostering cultural exchange.

Seoul Discovery Tour 7/16 - 7/19

Thursday, July 16 – Han River Evening

Arrive in Seoul and check into your accommodation.

Han River Cruise (Night View Tour).
Enjoy the refreshing river breeze and the stunning night skyline of Seoul. The cruise offers a unique view of the illuminated bridges and the Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain (if operational).

Picnic at Yeouido Hangang Park or local street food.

Jeju Island Nature & Relaxation 7/20 - 7/22

Monday, July 20 – Arrival & Mountain Breeze

Fly from Seoul (Gimpo Airport) to Jeju International Airport.

Yongduam Rock (Dragon Head Rock).
Located right near the airport, this iconic rock formation resembles a dragon’s head. Enjoy the refreshing coastal views and fresh seafood caught by local divers (Haenyeo).

Eorimok Rest Area (Mt. Hallasan).
Drive up to the Eorimok entrance of Hallasan National Park. You can take a light walk through the lush forest or try the Eoseungsaengak Trail (about 30 minutes) for a stunning view of the island from above without a full hike.
